Subdivisions in FishHawk

The FishHawk Ranch community is subdivided into neighborhoods.  Phase I (not pictured) is the smaller section of FishHawk and is entered from Lithia Pinecrest Rd. just south of FishHawk Boulevard.  Phase I does not connect to Phase II however, the ammenities are shared.  Some people choose to live in Phase I because if the more intimate community.

Phase II is the largest section and has a East and West entrances off of FishHawk Boulevard.  Families enjoy Phase II because of it's location to the major amenities and access to the 25 miles of walking/biking trails.
